Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your True + Luscious purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return your products, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. In case of missing or damaged items we will replace them immediately, at no charge.

COVID19 Update: We request our customers to be mindful that all returns are destroyed at our facilities to avoid exposing our staff and our customers to any potential contamination. This increases our carbon footprint and creates avoidable waste. We appreciate your support for our sustainable beauty mission when shopping with us.

  • Items purchased during sales or specials marked as final sale (including bundles), cannot be returned.

Once the return is processed, your bank may require additional time to process and post this transaction once they are notified (typically 3-5 business days). We can only issue a refund to the same mode of payment used to make the original purchase.
